100% Grass Only Beef
We are currently raising Angus and Shorthorn cross.
We rotationally graze our cattle on 100 acres of pasture.

Beef mixed quarter, half or whole available year round.

1/4 Beef
Approx. 125lb hanging carcass weight. Actual weight varies 80-100lbs including bones.

Approx. 250lb hanging carcass weight. Actual weight varies 160-200lbs including bones.

We rotationally graze the sheep and lambs throughout the green growing season and then they are fed our own hay throughout the winter. We generally lamb throughout the winter and spring

We raise heritage Tamworth cross pigs on pasture throughout the spring and summer and they have access to the outdoors in the winter. Along side their ability to forage they are fed a mix of barley, oats and peas.
We do not feed them any corn or soy!

Half and whole pork is generally
